Delightful ground floor apartment just renovated (June 2017), with independent entrance, kitchen equipped with all amenities, double bedroom and children's room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Each room has a window. Two LCD TVs, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, Daikin air conditioning and free WIFI FTT. Google Chromecast and Amazon Fire Stick for watching movies and news in all languages. Located in Porto Santo Stefano, in via Galli, next to the church of Santo Stefano, 50 meters away. from the promenade and every service (bars, restaurants, grocery stores, market etc.), in the heart of the tourist port. Very quiet and convenient for walking to the most beautiful beaches around Porto Santo Stefano; once the car is parked, there will no longer be a need to take it, thanks also to the nearby shuttle stop that leads to the beaches of Monte Argentario for free. Supplied with linen and towels. The panoramic photos were taken by me and the apartment is located next to the bell tower of the yellow church that is seen in the photo.

Gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in der Altstadt. Nur wenige Schritte zum Stadtstrand bzw. den Restaurants am Hafen. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, immer erreichbar. Perfekt für 2-3,gut für 4 Personen.

Absolute Gem in Porto San Stefano Centre

Fantastic apartment, close to everything, clean and comfortable, super cozy, with every amenity at your disposal. Our family stayed at this property 5 days in August and it was a bliss. The apartment is located very close to the promenade, which is very important, as Porto S. Stefano has steep hills to climb, so closer your are to the promenade, the better. Grocery stores, fish markets, and all top restaurants is a short walk away. Beaches can be accessed by a free bus, or you can walk to the nearest beach - Cantoniera, which is accessed through the abandoned railway tunnel (don't rely on google maps) and within 15 minute walk. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with all amenities (stove, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, shower) new or nearly new. Beds were very comfortable and AC was super cold in both sleeping rooms. Owners were super helpful and arranged for the parking pass, so you can park the car behind the pr. We had an amazing stay at Porto Santo Stefano and we loved the apartment!

Host molto disponibile, appartamento confortevole. Unica pecca stradine laterali molto rumorose a qualsiasi ora del giorno anche x la presenza del mercato e parcheggio non proprio agevole.

Ottima soluzione

Appartamento in un vicoletto del centro storico vicino alla chiesa. Zona tranquilla ma comoda al vivace lungomare, in posizione strategica per girare l'Argentario e non solo. L'appartamento è molto grazioso ed arredato con cura, pulito e luminoso, provvisto di tutti i necessari confort. Noi eravamo in 3 persone adulte e ci siamo trovate benissimo. A piedi si possono raggiungere spiaggette di ciottoli carine. Il proprietario Loris Tulli è gentile e disponibile. Soluzione ottimale se si vuole stare sull'Argentario.

UN SOGGIORNO PERFETTO!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per due settimane ad Agosto . Eravamo 4 adulti e 1 bambina; ma nonostante la Casa fosse piccola ci siamo trovati benissimo! Ottima location in pieno centro a pochi passi da tutti i servizi, ristoranti e dalla piazza principale. Appartamento NUOVO e GRAZIOSO, finemente ristrutturato, confermo che è esattamente come PRESENTATO nelle foto. A disposizione degli ospiti di "tutto e di più"....lavatrice, lavastoviglie, condizionatore, aspirapolvere, tavola con ferro da stiro....Praticamente NON mancava nulla...come essere a casa nostra! A parte la vicinanza con la Chiesta e quindi con il rintocco delle Campane ogni ora (fortunatamente interrotto durante le ore notturne) la zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Per il resto che dire ?....Che pur conoscendo molto bene il paese e avendo alloggiato sempre in un appartamento fuori il "centro"...dopo anni per la prima volta confermo di aver vissuto il "PAESE VERO E PROPRIO" come mai mi era capitato sino ad ora.....Grazie al Signor Loris per la sua disponibilità e un grazie anche alla signora Daniela per la sua assistenza e gentilezza. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Vacanza di una settimana con famiglia

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento una settimana in Agosto, con mio marito ed i ns. due bambini di 10 e 7 anni. L'appartamento è nuovo con tutti i confort indicati , si trova in una zona centrale, tranquilla e silenziosa del paese. A piedi in pochi minuti , si raggiungono tutti i servizi ed anche alla sera facendo pochi passi, ci si ritrova sul lungomare e dentro la movida; tutto ciò è molto importante in quanto spostare l'auto è davvero un problema ! Ci sono tanti parcheggi nelle vicinanze ma sono solo a pagamento o con soste di 4 ore al massimo. Troverete vicino all'abitazione anche diverse fermate delle navette che gratuitamente portano alle calette ed alle spiagge.

The appartment is located right by the boardwalk where all the nice boats are docked and where you can find all the stores, restaurants, trattorias, ice-cream stores, farmacies, banks, the post office, etc. Another key factor is that it's situated just one street above the seaport and on the first floor of the building, so there are no stairs (this is nice because the town is built in a steep hill with many, many stairs and hills to go up to the streets on the top). There is a small supermarket and a bakery just next to the apartment, very nice to buy some stuff to have breakfast at home every morning. The apartment has all most important amenities and appliances (I would add a microwave and a toaster, though). It was redone from top to bottom a year ago so everything is brand new, and it shows. The mattresses were very comfortable, there is a TV in each bedroom, the apartment was very clean, the AC and WIFI work really well and even the windows are brand new so, even though you are steps away from all the action, it is very quiet in the apartment at night. All the essentials you may need are already there for you so we didn't need to ask the owners for anything. They had already though of everything. There was a book with all the info: from bus schedules, beaches, tourist information, maps, suggested driving routes around the island, ferry excursions to nearby islands, etc. to instructions on how to work all the appliances, dispose of the garbage, arrange things for the check out, etc. Finally, Daniella and her mother were very nice people, they were flexible with our time of arrival, they met us to give us the keys, arranged for a car to take our luggage from the bus stop to the apartment, showed us the apartment, explained everything and kept in touch with us through our stay, answering any questions, and on the day of our departure we were able to leave our suitcases in the apartment until the time our bus for Orbetello was leaving. I really cannot think of anything negative to say. I recommend this apartment to everyone!

Grazioso appartamento proprio nel centro di Porto Santo Stefano. Dotato di tutte le comodità e vicino a tutto ciò che occorre. Diverse spiaggette raggiungibili facilmente a piedi anche con bambini. E il Sig. Tulli straordinariamente gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.
