Fisherman's Cottage is a semi-detached cottage resting on the edge of Normans Bay, close to Bexhill-on-Sea. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up four guests. There is also a kitchen and an open-plan living room with dining area and a woodburning stove. To the outside is an enclosed shared garden and off-road parking for 2 cars. Fisherman's Cottage is a wonderful retreat for families looking to explore the attractions of South East England.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Beach literally a stone’s throw away. Mainline station 5 min walk for trains to Eastbourne, Brighton, London, Hastings.
Pub (good food) 10 mins walk across field via path or 5 minutes by car.
Local shop 1.5 miles. Asda super store, Sovereign harbour and shopping centre 10 minutes by car. Rear garden with furniture and BBQ. No smoking. No pets. Note: Due to the period of the cottage, doorways are low and stairs are steep and narrow, there is a step up into the twin bedroom and the bedrooms have access directly from the stairs; may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or children under 5 years of age.

A quirky cottage in a delightful location

Situated 200 yds from the sea and overlooking the village green, this is an ideal property for those who like to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy town life. As one would expect from a property of its age, there are ceilings, doorways and stairs which have to be negotiated carefully. It is comfortable, however, and has what you need. The garden is pleasant and we used it a lot. We were sorry to leave.
