Experience the ultimate holiday feeling right on the water? That is possible here! This 8-person detached holiday villa with private jetty has a beautiful location on the water. A few meters by boat and you are overlooking the spacious Veerse Meer with its many water sport options. Kortgene is a pleasant village with various restaurants with terraces and shops. Goes, Middelburg and the historic town of Veere are 20 minutes away by car. The wide North Sea beach is less than fifteen minutes away by car. A little further you will find the Oosterschelde dam with the island of Neeltje Jans famous for the Delta theme park and its quiet beach, part of which is reserved for naturists.
The villa is situated on a dead end street. Parking on private driveway. The holiday home is in a quiet location and has a lovely sunny garden. Through the garden door you enter the cozy living room with a sitting area with fireplace and a dining area. Open kitchen with appliances and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Hall and guest toilet. On the first floor there is a landing with access to 3 spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds). Spacious bathroom with bath / shower, sink and toilet.
Particulars -This house is not rented to groups of youngsters because of the peace and quiet; -Pets not allowed; - Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is forbidden; -Boat rental possible in the harbor across the street.

The property was perfectly located for us and it accommodated six adults comfortably. The dishwasher didn’t operate correctly but it could have been operator error on our part. I emailed the host a couple of times and they were very responsive.

Haus in toller Lage, aber mit wenig Informationen für de

Es war schön, direkt am Wasser zu wohnen mit Blick auf die Schiffe. Das Haus ist eher einfach eingerichtet. Wenn man mit dem Auto zum Haus fahren will, muss man eine Schranke passieren, für die man leider keinen Schlüssel hat. Der Parkplatz, der zum Haus gehört, war die ganze Zeit von einem anderen Auto besetzt, deren Besitzer wir nicht ausfindig machen konnten. So mussten wir auf der Straße parken, wo es immer sehr voll war. Im Haus fehlen leider Anweisungen, wann der Müll an die Straße gestellt werden soll.
