Splendid single villa, located in a privileged position on the slopes of Mount Subasio, the mount of Assisi and San Francesco.
Immersed in the uncontaminated green of the frame of the park of Mount Subasio at about 750 m s. L.M. and 6 km from the nearby town of Spello, a splendid medieval village that has its roots in Roman times, Fraldo House is an enchanted place where you will be disturbed only by the chirping of birds.
Equipped with a large living room with kitchen and fireplace and 4 finely furnished rooms for a total of 11 beds, it is the ideal place to spend a holiday immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility. Ideal for families and groups of friends.
An enchanted place with a breathtaking view, optimal starting point to visit the most beautiful and famous places in Umbria such as Spello, Assisi, Perugia, Foligno, Bevagna, Montefalco, Todi, Orvieto Castelluccio di Norcia, with its plain and wonderful Flowering and yet Lake Trasimeno with its spectacular sunsets and the highest waterfalls in Europe, those of the Marmore near Terni.
From the nearby Spello railway station it is possible to take the train to reach Rome and Florence comfortably and without worries.
Possibility to rent mountain bikes for a fee to take walks in the beautiful surrounding nature.
