NEW FOR RENT ON ONE OF THE CANALS IN BARRA DE NAVIDAD

IN A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH 2 INDEPENDENT HOUSES. One of them is a beach house overlooking the water with 2 floors.
The other one is a colonial style house. We are living on ground floor of the colonial house and rent the complete first floor with independent entrance

You will be staying on the colonial house in the penthouse crossing apartment 112m2 complete first floor with terraces each side canal view. The Layout of the different spaces guaranteed independence and privacy for every guest.

The apartments have been designed to allow very good air circulation and the passage of light through large windows. Each window is equipped with black out blinds or black out curtains and mosquito screens. Criteria of comfort and quality of equipment at European Standard + extended stay.
Kitchens are fully equipped with new (Full Tableware, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender,...)

The Pool is of the infinity type 8X3m with saltwater filtered by ultraviolet light, all without chemistry. No itches on the skin and no red eyes effect. In addition, the pool is heated by solar panels.

Smart TV with profile Netflix included

Air conditioning included with efficient fans in each room.

Distribution water in the homes through a High Purity Zinc Copper Filter, Active Charcoal Filter and Ultra Violet treatment. Hot water is generated by solar heating.

Outdoor Parking spaces are available.

An absolutely stunning property! So tranquil! Our hosts were welcoming and always helpful. The infinity pool and the surrounding area are absolutely beautiful! There is so much attention to detail throughout the property. A true gem!

Beautiful place - restful stay

My brother and I stayed at Villa La Joya for three nights and enjoyed the entire time. The hosts bent over backwards to make us comfortable and even took the time to discuss life in Barra de Navidad and surrounding areas. The villa is beautifully appointed with lots of space for the two of us. The location was excellent, situated on a canal, but still close to the ocean. The pool was a nice amenity but a bit slippery getting in and out. The shower worked particularly well. I enjoyed meeting our hosts and their two rescue dogs. I would definitely recommend Villa la Joya - excellent value for the money. Thanks, Roland and Veronique for a very pleasant stay.
