Tucked In - A Spacious Stowe Cottage in the Woods

2BR, 1BA Carriage House with loft. Private, wooded location on dirt road, with shared access to community pond. Located off of the Moscow cutover (Barrows Road), convenient to Trapp Family Lodge and Mountain Road (Piecasso, Idyletime and Alchemist), and approximately 10-15 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort. Spacious, open floor plan kitchen, dining room and family room with vaulted ceilings and beams. Two bedrooms on main level (1 queen bed, one king), and skylighted loft with two twin beds (loft accessed through queen bedroom). 3/4 bath with shower on main level. Private, covered deck at rear of carriage house. Private garage bay for storage of car, bikes, kayaks, etc. Wifi included (flat screen TVs in family room and master bedroom - bring your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu account).

Owners on premises. Children welcome. No parties. No smoking. No pets.

Wonderful getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was spacious, clean, and offered items like paper towels, tinfoil, and dish soap that I had forgotten!! Rob was great at communicating and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. Better than my bed at home! The house was also very convenient to restaurants in town and the recreation path. Would love to come back for ski season!!

Great location

Stay for a week while in town for a wedding. Great location for accessing all corners of Stowe. Garage apartment had everything we needed. Hosts were great and very easy to communicate with - provided cell number in case we needed anything. Quickly brought over an iron that we needed to prep for wedding. Weather was unexpectedly hot and humid. Apartment had lots of fans, but no AC. We cranked open all the windows which helped - evenings did cool down. We would stay here again. Price break on one week stay was terrific and allowed us a few extra days to enjoy the area.
