Dirty and not like the pictures

My son and I came to this apartment to stay for a night in Milan. At first, the building looks very old and wore down. Instructions to find the apartment door were also unclear. Upon arrival, the apartment was not clean (there was even a dirty towel hanging) and didn't look as good as the photos. Definitely not worth the price at all. There are better places for less money.
