This detached all ground floor countryside cottage rests in Moelfre, Powys and offers stunning sunsets and mountain views. It can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Note: Although the property is ground-floor there are three steps within the property.

Cut Moch is a detached cottage situated in Moelfre, Powys near the village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant. All-ground-floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x super king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, and 1 x twin (2x singles, zip/link, can be king-size on request) with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and living area with woodburning stove. Welcome pack of Welsh cake, milk and eggs. Electric and oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes airer/ fridge/freezer. Complimentary WiFi and Smart TV with Netflix/iplayer apps etc and Freeview aerial. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with lawn and hot tub, perfct for stargazing on clear nights. Two well-behaved dogs very welcome, we provide dog blankets and complimentary treats. External hot/cold taps and hosepipe available. We also have a dog Freddie Mercury who you may see, he will not intrude but you are very welcome to say hi and play with him because he loves everybody. Small waterfall on site, please take care with children. Birdwatching inc Peregrine Falcons, Kestrels, Hawks, Buzzards. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 5.5 miles and pub within 1.7 miles.
