Ideally located on the northern most beautiful side of the island, stands our gem called View 62. Just imagine being greeted with the most spectacular view of the prestine Dickenson Bay Beach and to top off each day with picture perfect sunsets.

At our villa you will have access to two super clean and spacious bedrooms, one equipped with a king-size bed which offers an amazing sleep experience and in the other bedroom you will find 2 very comfortable queen size beds making this room. ideal for two or four guests. The bedrooms are apart from each other giving you the privacy you require.

If you wish to cook while here, no worries, the kitchen has cutlery, cooking utensils, and dishes , glasses and tea cups for everyone.

For your enjoyment & relaxation, just walk out to the large patio which has beautiful seating and a breathtaking view of the ocean and the nearby beach. wish to have breakfast on the patio? You can surely do so in style using the patio just off the kitchen, offering unobstructed views of the bay.

The living room is open, giving a full view of the nearby Dickenson Bay & Grande Sands Resort. Boasting our own private swimming pool, which becomes yours for the duration of your stay, you can relax and soak up some sunlight or just have some fun.

After swimming in the private pool, feel free to enjoy the Internet TV in each bedroom, or surf the web using our high-speed wireless internet or even have a barbeque.

Great views from the balcony and only a short walk to the beach.What stood out for the holiday though was the responsiveness of Host Simone and Facilities Manager Kevin. When encountering any issues they both went hugely above and beyond to find a solution as efficiently and expeditiously as possible. They really went out of their way to support us and even surpassed expectations to ensure our stay went smoothly.Thank you Simone and Kev. Was lovely to meet you.

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded because of a double booking to View 62 so the comments are on View 62. The home is in a perfect location just minuets from Dickinson's Bay beach. There is also a grocery store very close by. The home is perfectly suited for two couples. The bedrooms have good separation. Living space and kitchen are both good size. The view from the deck is stunning. Something to look forward to after an active day on the beaches. Check in and check out was very easy. We look forward to another stay in the future. Property management was always helpful and a phone call away if you needed them.

Stunning Views

The views from this property were stunning, gorgeous, amazing, unbeatable, but there were some issues with the property. The pros: Property Manager: Kevin was great, super friendly, responsive, brought us a grill and was overall quite easy to work with. The view: perched on a hillside among other villas, the view of the Caribbean Sea is amazing and was the centerpiece of this property Bedrooms: comfortable & large with ensuite bathrooms. The linens were clean, and the conditions of the room were fine The pool: large and there was a nice area for working out and enjoying the sun. The deck: large, great for grilling, and observing the gorgeous sea The cons: Communication with the owner was sometimes confusing but at the end of the day, questions were answered, and everything worked out. The property: while we were “upgraded” to view 62 which had a great view, we paid for a 3-bedroom property and received one with two bedrooms. In fact, the on-site property manager told us neither property had 3 bedrooms- the description on VRBO is misleading. The pool: fine but needed to be treated, e.g., with shock. Villa as a whole: the kitchen had basic items, but things were lacking; an example being a cutting board (which we purchased). While there were just enough bath towels the property did not have beach towels, so we had to buy them as well. Beach towels were not cheap. The furniture in this villa is not as depicted on VRBO and the deck needs some TLC. Mosquitoes were bad, no fault of the property but just something to be aware of for future visits. The view was the best part of this property and I think that with some updates, it would be an amazing villa.

When we realized you were 2 couples we upgraded you to our honeymoon villa which also has 2 bedrooms just like View 61 which you ordered. View 61 has 2 not 3 bedroom. You seemed like very nice people. We really liked having you and we can assure you that every suggestion you made will be followed immediately. You should see the pool - sparkling and the kitchen amenities have been upgraded. We want to be the best in the Caribbean, and with all your suggestions already adopted, I believe we will be. Amazing Views, great location.

When we arrived and walked around the corner of the house we were amazed! The views are incredible overlooking Dickensons Bay. The home was perfect for our stay, My husband, 2 daughters and myself. Both bedrooms were our own suites. Waking up each morning and having our coffee looking over the bay was so relaxing. Having the pool is an added bonus for days we decided to stay in the area. We walked to the beach and the local restaurants quite often, which is a 5-10 minute walk depending on where we went. I would recommend renting a car. We did and went to several different beaches around the island. Overall our vacation was awesome. Simone and Kevin were very attentive and the few times we needed to get a hold of them they responded to us quickly. We would definitely come back to this property!
