Come in to a welcoming large open space (46m2), open kitchen/ diner table/ sitting room with a beautiful stone fireplace and wood burner as a center piece for cosy nights and winter warmth.
House offers good privacy from the owners (tall hedge and garage between 2 properties) and away from the road.
Being part of a lovely estate, adjacent to a longère typical building from the region, with its open hangar and a beautiful park with mature trees, offers a real French country feel.
Property benefits from double glazing and central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, dish washer and washing machine. The house is ideal for all season.
It is also ideally located, only 2 km away from Chadenac with its boulangerie- patisserie, bar/café pizzeria. And In between the historic towns of Pons and Jonzac.
