The newly built apartment has an area of 100 square meters and is spread over a single level raised from the ground floor, with direct access from the outside via a staircase of a few steps. The interiors are furnished in a sober and functional way, designed to offer you a relaxing and peaceful stay.
At your entrance you will find a living area, a kitchenette and a dining room for breakfast with direct access to the garden, a hallway leading to the two bedrooms, which have a double bed or separate single beds. Both bedrooms are air conditioned, with private equipped bathroom. The entire structure is covered by Wi-Fi network.
You will also have the opportunity to park in front of the B&B, on a street busy only by residents as it has no exit; while for motorbikes or bicycles possibility of hospitalization inside a covered garage.
