This villa is surrounded by forest and vegetation and is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy tranquility and privacy, without leaving aside the famous beaches and attractions of the north of the island.
The house has 4 rooms for a total of 8 people. The property has all kinds of amenities to enjoy a holiday with family or friends and enjoy all the charms offered by the island.
DISTRIBUTION:
The property has a large garden surrounded by a small forest. The house has two floors, on the ground floor of the house we find a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, large windows illuminate all rooms while giving access to the garden and pool. In the left area we have the main room with double bed and en suite bathroom and another room with 2 single beds, in front of this room there is a toilet.
On the upper floor we have two rooms with 2 single beds and a complete bathroom, we also have a room with two sofas and a ping-pong table next to a terrace with views of the garden and the pool.
In the outdoor area, next to the pool, we can find a bathroom with a shower, sunbeds and a garden table and chairs next to the barbecue with which to have magnificent dinners in the open air.
In short, a villa where you can spend unforgettable holidays with your family and friends.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.
Note 5.
Realize there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h.
Realize there is an extra cost of 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
