TD Trulli Saveni Trulli with Pool Near the Centre

Trulli Saveni is a typical local stone building, composed of cones and lamia. In fact it is part of a complex of two properties, but both have their own spaces and private pool. The garden is embellished with a brand new swimming pool, with benches and sun beds. Adjacent to the house, area set up with barbecue, pizza oven and table to enjoy lunches or dinners overlooking the pool. The house has a large living room all in stone with armchairs and table at the service of the kitchen, adjacent to the room, equipped with every comfort, and a French window with direct access to the outside. A corridor leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Through the living room, an additional double bedroom is located on the second floor with a private bathroom. The property has a wallbox for charging electric cars. Parking space shared with the owner. 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
Possibility to recharge an electric car for a fee of € 25 for each recharge.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.
