Mallorcan natural stone villa ideal for 4 people, located in the countryside without neighbors so you can enjoy a barbecue and a sunset with your friend or family and a relaxing holiday in the Mallorcan countryside.
The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a room with a double bed and a private bathroom on the ground floor and a room with two single beds on the ground floor.
You will have a 24-hour telephone during your entire stay and an office 4 km from the house for your questions or queries, we will always be at your disposal so you have a pleasant stay.
The A / C is optional, it costs € 10 / day.
You need a rental car to move around the area, public transport does not reach the house.
Reservations of groups under 25 years old are not accepted, violating this rule will lead to the immediate departure of the house without the right to a refund of the money paid.

Leider mit Strassenlärm

Das Haus liegt nur wenig Distanz von der Hauptstrasse Campos-Manacor entfernt und gerade beim oft vorherrschenden Ostwind ist der Strassenlärm störend. Und sonst sind es die Hunde, Hühner und Truten des benachbarten Bauern. Bei der Uebernahme des Hauses war der Kühlschrank abgestellt, dh die Einkäufe mussten bei 32 Grad Aussentemperatur zuerst 4 Stunden warten, bis sie gekühlt werden konnten, Geht überhaupt nicht! Auch ist dies das erste von sechs angemieteten Häusern, wo zum Empfang nicht einmal eine Flasche Waser bereit stand. Dafür ist das Haus zugepflastert mit Geboten und Verboten. Irgendwie fühlt man sich hier nicht willkommen.

Tolle Finca in idyllischer Lage

Die Finca ist in einem super Zustand, sauber und man findet vor Ort alles was man braucht. Der Pool und die Außenküche sind ebenfalls in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
