The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for two and a sitting area with TV with Freeview, DVD player and CD player. There is a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is a spacious independent garden, private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 5.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 3.6 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: One well behaved dog is welcome (additional charge applies) but not allowed upstairs or on the soft furnishings and it must be kept on a lead when outside the cottage as there are grazing animals in the fields.
