two. This apartment is only for accommodation, so it is prohibited to hold or organize parties in it; Failure to comply with this rule is cause for termination of the contract and for loss of the amounts delivered by the tenants.

3. No more people than those specified in the lease can be accommodated in the apartments, nor can guests stay in them or in the common facilities longer than is reasonable for a visit.

Four. The tenants undertake to maintain proper conduct to live in good relations with the neighbors, not to make noise inside the apartment that could disturb the neighbors. It is important to know the conditions of the contract in this regard.

5. Keep the floor clean: if you have to perform extra cleaning tasks due to misuse or neglect, they will be paid by the guests.

6. Make good use of the facilities, equipment and utensils of the apartment and the community; if there are breaks or damages, the expenses will be charged to the amount delivered as a deposit.

7. Take care of the set of keys that we have delivered. The loss has a penalty of 30 euros.

8. There is the possibility of late check out until 17:00 pm for an additional amount of 30 euros as long as the previous request is made and would be subject to availability according to the day's reservations.
