Gute Matratzen und Kissen, ruhig gelegen doch zentral, Nähe zu Cambrils, Service wie immer bei parque- montroig hervorragend, seit langen Jahren immer zufrieden und wir kommen schon bald wieder! Zimmertüren klemmen lassen, sich schlecht schließen und öffnen( bei Holz auch sicher den Temperatur- Unterschieden geschuldet).

Agréable séjour , cependant la Clim et dans le salon et nous sentons pas la Clim dans les chambre heureusement l’agence c’est déplacer et nous a prêter des ventilos les nuits était beaucoup mieux ! La piscine et incroyable et cuisine très bien équipée nous somme pas loin de la mer un bon 15 minutes à pieds et les petits commerce également merci pour l’accueil de l’agence qui es très professionnel

Viel Platz, ruhige Lage

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Miami Platja, sehr schöner Ort, tolle Strände/Buchten, wenig Trubel. Erholsam. Das Haus, eigentlich sehr schön, jedoch könnte man hier und da mal an Renovierung denken. Die Betten haben es bitter nötig, der Rest der Möbel ist auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und durchgesessen/durchgelegen. Durch neue gemütliche Möbel, würde das Haus noch viel viel mehr an Wohlfühlfaktor bekommen. Generell ein bißchen wohnlicher und gemütlicher, mit mehr Liebe ausgestattet, würde das Haus /der Urlaub mehr Punkten. Hierfür Punktabzug. Nichts desto trotz, hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in diesem Haus. Service war super-wir hatten einen Stromausfall, die Sicherung ging nicht mehr reinzudrehen. Nach kurzer Email kam innerhalb von 30Minuten ein Mitarbeiter und hat den Schaden behoben. Hierfür 5Sterne Plus.

Familienurlaub

Drei Wochen im Juli verbrachten wir mit den Kindern und Enkelkindern einen schönen Urlaub in Miami Platja. Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Abreise verlief alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Bei kleineren Mängel an der Spülmaschine und dem Wasserboiler kamen noch am gleichen Tag die Techniker/Monteure und behoben den kleinen Schaden...einfach nur perfekt...der Pool wurde zweimal wöchentlich gepflegt. Wir haben ihn täglich genossen. Hundeplatz, Strand und Supermarkt waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Hundestrand ist ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Fahrrad- und Wandertouren konnten wir von der Villa aus machen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und erholt ging es auf die Heimreise ... Die Gartenmöbel sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten erneuert werden.

Lo que más nos gustó: Todos los utensilios de cocina disponibles, nos permitió cocinar todos los platos que queríamos. La limpieza general del alojamiento. El amplio espacio exterior también se destaca. Entorno tranquilo y silencioso. Proceso de check-in y entrega de llaves fácil y efectivo. Aunque todo estaba muy limpio, se podría cambiar algún sofá. Me gustaría destacar que todos los sofás y sillas del comedor estaban con una capa/manta limpia y que se aprecia el detalle. Sin embargo, tengo alergias respiratorias y no podía sentarme en los sofás que me ponía a estornudar, me picaban los ojos... Así que solo podía utilizar las sillas.

Nette Lager, schöner als erwartet

Die Bilder sind leider nicht aktuell. Das Wohnzimmer ist komplett anders und schöner eingerichtet. Zwar noch immer Altmodisch, aber besser als auf den Bildern. Das Haus an sich war Sauber, Pool wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Garage geht super schwer auf und lässt sich nicht abschließen, schade weil man dann trotz Garage das Fahrrad extra sichern muss. Der Platz war aber trotzdem praktisch für Dachbox und Koffer etc. Der Hof war zwar gut zum parken, die Einfahrt ist aber leider sehr eng. Hab das Auto nur reingestellt wenn es länger nicht benutzt wurde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der nähe. Eine nette möglichkeit zum Gassi gehen gab es nicht in der nähe, ist alles recht zubetoniert.

La casa estaba muy limpia y la distribución de las habitaciones está muy bien. La piscina limpia. En primer lugar, en la cocina quiza faltaria un poco más de menaje de cocina como más cantidad de vasos, ollas y por ejemplo una paellera. Por otro lado, al solo haber aire acondicionado en el comedor, en el resto de estancias hacia calor y quiza un ventilador por habitación hubiese estado bien. En conclusión, por lo general hemos estado muy a gusto y el trato que hemos tenido ha estado bien por lo que recomendamos la casa y la agencia.

En general todo correcto La casa deberia hacer un cambio de mobiliario.... Tumbonas piscinas etc. Pero por lo general bien.
