Fantastic private villa on the first line in Puerto de Andratx, one of the most exclusive places on the island, with direct access to a private beach (rocks) and within 5 minutes walking distance to the promenade, its restaurants, shops and its activities offer.

Modern Ibiza style designer house, white and luminous, distributed in different heights, all with exterior view on the bay. It has parking on the roof, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, kitchen and dining room on the inner entrance level, living room and a spectacular terrace of 80 m2 directly above the sea.

Listing had a great photographer

The place was nice and had a great location an view, but the house was not very clean when we arrived. The deck was full of leaves and the house looked like it had dirt everywhere on the floors. We just didn't feel clean. The main problem was the ant infestation. The owners need to invest $30-50 a month for a pest control service. Ants were everywhere. In the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, on the beds. I told the property manager and he kind of shrugged his shoulders and told me to use the bug spray. It did not give me any confidence that they cared. I like to write positive reviews, but the care the owners/property managers took was not very high.
