Villa Porrasses is a magnificent eight-bedroom country house built in the traditional Mallorquin style - perfect for groups of families and friends, and set in beautiful countryside, just two miles from the picturesque city centre of Inca. Set in its own lovely gardens, with private pool and plenty of lawned and shaded areas.

The Villa has 8 bedrooms for up to for 16 (though can sleep up to 18) guests. It is a charming and spacious property with great rural views of the distant hills and mountains across the garden.

The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood in a beautiful rural area. It is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, an electric gate, terrace, barbecue, iron, safe, hairdryer, central heating, private swimming pool, open-air parking, and satellite. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The house has on the ground floor two twins and one double, which between them share two ensuite shower rooms and one shared bathroom. There is also an exterior cloak room with one toilet.

Upstairs you have a further four twin rooms and one double room all with ensuite bathrooms. There are two additional double sofa-beds available at request.

The property is located a 30-minute drive from the nearest sandy beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. Its just a short walk (1km) to the village of Selva which has a couple of restaurants and shops.
