-BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH A PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL IN CABANYES:

Located in dead end street in a very private and quiet area.The house is located at 5700 meters from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. The house has two, on the main floor is a bedroom with bathroom, living room and kitchen America. All rooms with access to a large terrace and views of Les Gavarres, mountain ranges protected as a natural park. On the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms with a full bathroom (bath), and a large bedroom suite with air conditioning, and two extra beds. In total the house has 4 double bedrooms, two of which en suite, or 3 full bathrooms. Conditioned so that 8 people live comfortably in it. Option to cot, and extra bed. Complete America kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, nespresso machine, ceramic hob, and electric oven. The house is equipped with Internet, Home cinema, and Tv x TDT. From the terrace there is access to a private pool of 5 x 8 meters, in a very private area with a beautiful Gazebo. The house is very well decorated with wood details, it is a very cozy property. On the terrace you will also find a portable barbecue. Capacity 9/10 peopleYoung people are not accepted

Fijn huis!

Met een groep van 9 dames een week in het huis gezeten. Voor ons was alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Sommige delen van het huis een beetje gedateerd maar een erg fijne week gehad! Rustige omgeving en supermarkt etc makkelijk te bereiken.
