The House has had some improvements and modifications over time. It is built on a plot of 166'3 m2 on two levels: a ground floor that has four units with a total area of 104'6 m2 (which for the most part is reserved for private use as the owners' warehouse) and a plant high with 151'2 m2 and seven different dependencies, destined entirely for tourist exploitation as VACATION HOUSING.
House of Telegraphs, consists of: A lobby; a living room; three bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes; two bathrooms; a kitchen; distribution areas-aisles and ornamental corners; all of them conveniently equipped for the use and enjoyment of guests; two roof-solarium, with wide panoramic views of the entire valley.
Its current state of conservation is very good in what to walls, roofs, ceilings, carpentry, floors, etc. It refers to and does not require any other work since all this is newly rehabilitated.
