Grosse déception! Annonce qui ne correspond pas. Pas de jeux enfants dans la résidence, construction d'un immeuble juste en face qui obstrue la vue sur mer et créé d'énormes nuisances sonores dès 8h du matin tous les jours de la semaine. Logement mal équipé au niveau de la cuisine, pas assez de vaisselle , et d'ustensiles de cuisine. Mal insonorisé: bruit de l'ascenseur et des voisins du dessus et du dessous en permanence. Mauvais entretien de l'appartement: chasse d'eau cassée , stores occultants cassés,tiroir congélateur cassé,odeur d'égout dans la suite parentale, pas de piles dans la télécommande, ampoule dans table de chevet ne fonctionne pas. Accès difficile: avec des clefs qui accrochent et un seul jeu de clef ce qui n'est pas pratique pour une grande famille. Peu de réactivité du personnel lors d'une demande sur place.

Some improvements can be made

We booked this property for the location. Unfortunately, when we booked it was not stated that there is construction right out front that goes from 7:30am to 7:30pm. Its is incredibly loud. The rental was nicely spacious with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate kitchen with laundry room. There were some small bugs (super tiny but large numbers) in the two smaller bedrooms that need to be taken care of, which can be expected in many homes. The beds, however, are very uncomfortable. Either the mattresses were bad or the wooden cot frames underneath. Also, we could not use the gas stove at first as there was no lighter available to light it. We went to a gas station to pick one up. Will point out that it was slightly difficult to find the location as there are several entrances to the building and signage is limited. Water pressure in the master bathroom is way too strong and the shower head is not stable, it moves around to point the water towards the cloth shower curtain away from the tub. It also means that simultaneous showers in both bathrooms at the same time is not possible as there is no pressure in the other room and no hot water. These items can be easily fixed to make the rental more enjoyable. Its a nice location with lots of great restaurants and park/waterfront within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend Riva Restaurant nearby.

Great property near to shopping centre restaurants and bakeries. Noise will be a issue in next couple months with a big building being built just in front.
