Modern, Spacious and Clean!

Fantastic stay close to the center of Funchal yet in a neighborhood that is quiet and not congested. Highly recommend this stay!

Appartment Funchal / 1 week

The apartment was well equipped if you are only having breakfast. If you want to cook full meals, you soon reach the limits in my opinion. The apartment has 3 toilets and spacious bathrooms. The French bed had one blanket, the other bedroom has 2 beds that can be pushed apart. It's great that there is also a washing machine. An underground parking space is available. The grounds by the pool are very well maintained and clean. The apartment is very close to the Maritimo stadium and you can get into the city quickly from there. The traffic is audible, but it didn't bother us that much!

Great location with terrible communication

The apartment is perfect. Walkable distance (20 min) to Funchal center. The communication with the host was terrible. He never answered my Email, calls etc. I made few international call without success. On checkin day, he finally contacted me with instructions. He also was flexible on checkin time.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful experience from the get go. João contacted me via WhatsApp before arriving and was so nice to let us check in a little early as we had all of our luggage from an early flight onto the island. The apt is modern and has an amazing pool that is barely used by the occupants of the buildings. The place is quiet and relaxing with views from the balcony. There is a lot of space and the rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and has a lot of plates and cups. There is no coffee or cooking condiments however so be sure to buy your own. There are ample closets and the living room is comfortable with a big tv and couch. We found the washing machine really useful. There is a parking garage too. I had left a folder with important travel papers and João was helpful in communicating with me that the cleaners had found it and he would destroy them for me. We will definitely come back!

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement, belle vue sur la mer. Assez bien équipé (manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine et des ingrédients de bases pour cuisiner : peu de casserole, pas de passoire pour les pâtes, pas de sel, poivre etc…), parking en sous sol. Belle et grande piscine, salle de sport basique… A une vingtaine de minutes à pieds du centre (attention au retour ça grimpe !). Je recommande cet appartement.
