About this property

The villa has been built using the latest bioclimatic construction techniques that allow energy saving and as much environmental pollution as possible.

The two-storey villa is 120m2 with 12m2 swimming pool and private garden. Inside the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen and living room and a bathroom.
The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a private bathroom with shower. One of the two bedrooms has access to a terrace overlooking the sea.
The beds have comfortable foam mattresses that provide good overall support and ensure a perfect sleep.

The advantages of the house include a swimming pool, barbecue, air conditioning and free WiFi.
Internally the building is equipped to a high standard and includes features such as a fully equipped kitchen and an LCD TV, internet and satellite TV (including Greek TV channels) for your entertainment.
There are excellent options for restaurants and taverns in the surrounding area.

The villa is located in its own private area, close to the village butcher shop, restaurants, pharmacy, mini market and the village square.
The condition of the villa offers an excellent base for excursions, all over the island of Rhodes, where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters of the island.

Eccezionale!!!

La posizione della Villa è il massimo. Si trova vicino alle spiagge più famose ed è situata a metà tra Rodi Città e Lindos. Eleni è gentilissima e sempre disponibile ad esaudire qualsiasi tipo di richiesta. Le pulizie giornaliere sono un vero plus!!! Consiglio vivamente.

Modernes Haus mit toller Lage

Buchung/Kontakt: Die Buchung lief unkompliziert und die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurden uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Ein selbst erstellter Guide wurde ebenfalls bereitgestellt. Haus: Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und beinhaltet in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage. Von der Terrasse und dem Balkon hat man einen Blick über die Stadt Afantou auf das Meer. Die Küche war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Leider fehlten Lebensmittel wie Öl, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer. Die kleine Terrasse war für 4 Personen ausreichend und verfügt über eine Außendusche und einen kleinen Pool. Leider konnte der Pool nicht sauber gehalten werden (fehlender Kescher). Das Haus wurde täglich gereinigt wobei der Pool leider vernachlässigt wurde. Der Grillplatz wurde nicht genutzt. Das Haus befindet sich an der Außenseite der 3 zu vermietenden Reihenhäuser. Zu unserem Glück befanden wir uns dort alleine. Laut Kontaktperson sollten wir in dieser Woche die einzigen Gäste sein, nichtsdestotrotz hörte man an 2 Abenden lautstarke Personen inkl. lauter Musik in einer der Unterkünfte. Lage: Die Häuser befinden sich in einer ruhigen Lage von Afantou. Schöne Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie die Altstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Check-in/Check-out: Wir wurden am Haus empfangen und durch die Räumlichkeiten geführt. Check-out erfolgte ebenfalls unkompliziert.
