The villa has been built using the latest bioclimatic construction techniques that allow energy saving and as much environmental pollution as possible.

The two-storey villa is 120m2 with 12m2 swimming pool and private garden. Inside the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen and living room and a bathroom.
The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a private bathroom with shower. One of the two bedrooms has access to a terrace overlooking the sea.
The beds have comfortable foam mattresses that provide good overall support and ensure a perfect sleep.

The advantages of the house include a swimming pool, barbecue, air conditioning and free WiFi.
Internally the building is equipped to a high standard and includes features such as a fully equipped kitchen and an LCD TV, internet and satellite TV (including Greek TV channels) for your entertainment.
There are excellent options for restaurants and taverns in the surrounding area.

The villa is located in its own private area, close to the village butcher shop, restaurants, pharmacy, mini market and the village square.
The condition of the villa offers an excellent base for excursions, all over the island of Rhodes, where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters of the island.
