About this property

Cheviot Luxury Lodge

The Cheviot, a newly refurbished 3 bedroom lodge with a spacious terraced area, complete with sunken hot tub

We are delighted to advertise The Cheviot on Felmoor Country Park in Northumberland, it's a stunning large 3 bedroom property that really is quite deceptive. The entrance of the property has two sliding doors with storage, perfect for hiding away your suitcase, winter coats and boots.

From the hallway, to the left hand side you enter into the living room which is a bright and airy spacious open plan area, with comfortable sofas, wide screen TV with Freeview channes and fire place. The dining area which seats 6 overlooks the spacious terrace and sunken hot tub. Whilst there is a separate kitchen, it does actually open up into the living and dining area, meaning the chef can be part of the conversation whilst cooking up a treat. There is also a separate laundry room complete with an additional fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and work space.

From the entrance, to the right hand side of the hallway you will find the main family bathroom which has a luxurious power shower, WC, wash basin and a mirrored radiator. The twin room is to the left of the hallway and has full size single beds with leather headboards, beautiful storage and a wide screen TV. The two double bedrooms with kingsize beds are to the rear of the property, and are both tastefully decorated and beautifully presented. The main bedroom boasts a walk in wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite facilities with a shower cubicle. Both double rooms also have a TV.

The owners have really paid attention to detail with all of the soft furnishings and the additional extras of mod con's to enhance your stay.

On a lovely Country Park you are close to a huge variety of attractions to satisfy the needs of the most discerning of holiday makers. Spend the days exploring the beautiful golden beaches, take in the picturesque villages, relax in the local establishments, or simply kick back and chill out in your hot tub.

The lodge has central heating, an additional fire in the living area, three bedrooms, one with en-suite, walk in wardrobes and everything else that you could possibly wish for in a truly 5* Lodge.

Bring the family or book up with a group of friends and delight in the natural surroundings of this stunning, peaceful country park retreat.

Short stay

The lodge was very clean and well kept, the space was great for 6 adults. The outside space was great as was the hot tub. All the little extra touches provided were a lovely thought. Great location for exploring Northumberland. Would definitely return.

Having just returned from 4 nights at this Spacious beautiful lodge. We were celebrating a 70th birthday and arrived to Banners, Cards, cake Prosecco and strawberry dipped in chocolates, plus an amazing welcome hamper, and more! The lodge is well laid out and extremely well equipped, With everything you may need. It was sparkling clean and the owners came daily to ensure that the hot tub was correct and safe to use. Fabulous luxury lodge

By far the best lodge we’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely spotless, very spacious, lovely deco in an excellent location. Lesley & Alan the owners go above and beyond for their guests. Their hospitality is second to none. Guest robes and slippers, welcome packs, they really do think of everything. They went an extra mile to decorate the lodge to help us celebrate a birthday. Hot tub is checked every day! We will certainly return to Cheviot Lodge and cannot recommend it highly enough! *****

Beautiful lodge

Stayed in this beautiful lodge with family for my daughters 18th birthday. Start to finish the whole weekend was fab, even the weather. Beds were so comfy too. Pictures do not do this lodge justice and its huge. Definitely be booking again. Huge shout to to Louise from Hemera who kept in touch with me prior to our stay and organised welcome packs and banners to help celebrate my daughters birthday.
