The Fish Bowl Vacation Rental | 5 Bed, 3 Bath

Enjoy this beautiful, spacious ground level home in the heart of the Florida Keys. This unique property can accommodate the entire family, sleep up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms plus (2) queen sofa/sleeper. Adults can enjoy some privacy with a split floor plan.

Relax in the open concept kitchen/living area. Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and wood cabinetry. The living area has ample seating and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, en suite bath with walk in shower and access to the pool area with sliding glass doors. 2 more queen bedrooms and one full bath are also located on this side of the home. On the other side of the home are 2 additional bedrooms, one with an en suite bath and 1/2 bath inside front door. In addition, you will find a kitchenette, small living/dining area and sliding doors to the back yard.

The outdoor area of the home provides more entertainment with a screened patio pool area. Watch all the sporting events on the flat screen TV or relax in the evening around the beautiful pool. There is also fish cleaning table, bait freezer, water and power on the 60 foot dock. For the fishermen, this home has a commercial ice maker. All this and only a five minute walk or bike ride to Sombrero Beach!

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property.
Also, note that although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

Please do not arrive at the property early unless you have spoken to our staff and have permission.

AMAZING, DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS HOME!

WOW and INCREDIBLE are the best words to describe this entire experience. The location of the home is 2nd to none, the privacy, setting, and overall welcoming feel made us right at home immediately. Plenty of space for 2 families and our dogs, the screened in patio allowed us to enjoy the whole week outside without any bug interruption. Loved the added TV outside to watch poolside movies and listen to music, the kids (9,9 and 16) loved the dock space to fish and just enjoy the outdoor life without electronics. We couldn't be happier with our choice and look forward to booking again for 2024. Only 1 request would be to send the code maybe a little sooner than 4pm exactly, but that's only because our trip got us to the home by about 330pm. Other than that, the home was clean, bright, airy, and completed with STUNNING views and setting. Thank you again for welcoming us, it was our pleasure.

Great place!

The house was excellent for 2 adults and 10 teenagers. Lots of room and separation. Ideal location, large dock, and great outdoor pool area.

Great family vacation

Took the entire family kids grands and inlaws .the house was large and spaced out awesome to accommodate all 12 of us with spaces thru out to find some alone time Looking forward to our next trip back already

What makes this property unique

The owners of this home are a family of six.......with that being said, they knew that they needed a Vacation Home spacious enough to enjoy and relax with all of their kids. The owners grew up visiting the Keys while camping, boating, fishing, snorkeling and going to the tiki bar. The owners met at work, got married and started a family. The growing family decided to rent a house in the Florida Keys every summer for a week long vacation with their kids. They rented properties in both Key Largo and Islamorada, but once they stayed in Marathon they felt at home.

They decided to invest in a Vacation home and knew that it had to be located in Marathon. After a year of searching, they found this house and knew it was perfect for them and other large families to enjoy. Every time the owners stay at their Vacation Home, they feel like they are in Paradise. They are very grateful to share this home with their family and other families that will create everlasting memories in their home away from home.
