Great apartment and location

The apartment is great with a very nice location by the sea and with easy access to ocean and restaurants and local stores. We stayed there for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. The only negative we experienced is some noise from the street a few times but it is located in the middle of town. We can absolutely recommend it and we hope to come back again.

Großzügig, aber erneuerungsbedürftig

Die große Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage an der Badebucht. Die Wohnung ist jedoch „in die Jahre gekommen“; eine Generalüberholung und vor allem neue Betten sind aus unserer Sicht wichtig. Dringend ist die Erneuerung des Warmwassers. Es hat bis zu drei Minuten gedauert, bis aus Kaltwasser Warmwasser wurde; die letzten beiden Tage war nur Kaltduschen möglich. Schubladen sowie Geschirr und Besteck sollten auf ihre Sauberkeit geprüft werden; wir mussten vor dem ersten Essen erst eine Spülmaschine gefüllt in Betrieb nehmen. Vorteilhaft war der umfassende Mückenschutz, der im Wohnzimmer erneuert werden sollte, da das Hoch- und Runterziehen nur mit großer Mühe möglich war. Die Terrasse war lieblos möbliert, wobei uns der Garten im Erdgeschoss sehr gut gefallen hat. Dass die Vermieterin unsere Ankunft vergessen hatte, wollen wir nebenbei erwähnen, obwohl bis dahin alles ordentlich ablief. Nach der beschriebenen Erneuerung ist die Ferienwohnung empfehlenswert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist im Ort und für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen anderer Orte sehr gut.

Splendida location, splendidi i proprietari

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questo splendido appartamento che rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione dell'inserzione. Ottima la pulizia ed il valore aggiunto che non è nella descrizione sono i proprietari, Monica e Massimo. Due persone con un'attenzione verso di noi veramente unica. Ci hanno accolto come dei "vecchi" amici, consigliandoci luoghi, ristoranti, attrattive del posto. Una menzione speciale fa fatta a Santa Maria al Bagno ed a tutto il Salento. Grazie Monica e grazie Massimo, torneremo sicuramente!! Bruno, Fabiana, Valerio e Gheri ( la nostra gattina)
