Alors le chalet est bien placé et a une très grande pièce de vie mais alors le reste …
Contrairement à ce qui est mis dans l'annonce "chalet plongé dans une forêt dense de sapins, mélèzes et plus haut pin cembro", le chalet est dans le village et en bord de route. La forêt n'est pas présente du tout.
Ensuite le gros point noir, non décrit dans l'annonce, c'est que pour 2 des chambres il faut sortir du chalet, faire le tour et entrer dans le garage !! (20 mètre dans la neige). Le garage est froid et sombre. Les 2 chambres sont sur le côté. Elles sont meublés de 2 vieux lits de coin qui ne permettent pas de faire dormir 2 personnes. Elles ont des petites fenêtre de garage très en hauteur. Et surtout elles sont aspergées de désodorisant pour couvrir une odeur (impossible d'y dormir). Surement celle de la chaudière à fioul qui est dans le garage.
Peu d'outil de la cuisine fonctionne. Ils sont soient cassés, soient fonctionnent à moitié. Par exemple : le four ne fonctionne qu'en mode grill sinon il ne fonctionne pas, la cafetière était cassée, …
Les chambres du haut sont correctes mais il n'y a qu'une chambre qui a une armoire, les 5 autres n'ont qu'un tout petit carré au mûr pour ranger les affaires (en dehors de commodes).
On peut aussi ajouter des fuites au plafond de la cuisine ou des chambres, des toiles d'araignées un peu partout dans les chambres (surtout dans celles du garage). Et le plus c'est le propriétaire qui vient 2 fois par jour pour voir si tout va bien et rentre dans le garage du chalet tous les jours (donc accès aux chambres du bas) sans demander à personne.
