The house is located half a hill away from San Martin Avenue and 500mt from the Camino a Cuadrado Avenue that connects all the Sierras Chicas.
On gravel road.
It has large wooded land and a stunning view of mountains and trees.
It is a very quiet place of rest.
There is no wifi or tv.
The house has a large room with 3 beds .. A matrimonial (2 people) and a car bed (2 people). A bathroom. Dining room kitchen where a two-seater futon bed (2 people) will be found
It has gas stove d 4 burners with oven. Microwave Crockery for 6 people. Pots. Skillet. Tablecloth. Fridge with freezer. Water purifier. Community store (salt, sugar, oil, grass, tea, various spices, noodles, flour and more ...)
