This is a tourist board registered property in a much sought after lovely ground and upper floor property within a secure, friendly private complex. This is one of the larger properties with private garden and two bathrooms on the inside of the complex this property comes with air-conditioned bedrooms, Internet, Satellite TV, DVD & over 150 movies & CDs . For those wishing to read there is a good selection of books. The complex boasts three beautiful swimming pools, one suitable for small children, tennis court, play area & gardened area. Remote control private and securely covered car parking spaces.

Situated just 30 minutes south of Alicante town and 15 minutes from the Airport (away from the flight path). Views of the Clot De Galvany Natural Park, with its nature trails, picnic areas and observation points ideal for bird watching. Within 10 minutes walking distance with its fabulous sand dunes is Carabassi Beach. Just a few minute's walk away are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a local bus stop. The area is serviced by a local tourist train that runs every hour (hop on hop off). Benidorm is 30 minutes away with the Terra Mitica Theme Park and Aqualandia Water Park.


Carabassi Beach: The lovely unspoiled beach is just 15min walk down from our complex or less than 2min drive. The beach is backed by sand dunes and stretches right along to the next resort. Even at peak season, there is still plenty of Beach to enjoy, and safe bathing in the sea, as it gently slopes away into the water. All along the coast, there are other beaches to explore, some more commercial, but still plenty of room to enjoy.

What Gran Alacant has to offer: Gran Alacant is still evolving with new bars, shops and restaurants opening as the area slowly grows, and demand increases. Within five minutes' walk, there is at present a choice of different bars, shops, and restaurants, including Chinese, Mexican, Spanish and Italian food, and an English Convenience Food Shop, to name just some on offer.

Walk further into the older part and there is a Chemist, plus Indian, Argentinian and more traditional Spanish restaurants, plus very good Supermarkets. There are plenty of banks with ATM's, and if you drive or take the tourist train (Drop on off bus) down to the Gran Alacant Centre, there's even more choice available for all your needs.

NOTE: Please be aware that in addition to the standard booking fee, there is a changeover fee. This covers the cleaning of the property at the time of your departure, and all linen and towel laundry processing. Overseas guests pay our meet and greet people directly on arrival. In case of UK guests they leave the fee at the property at the end of their stay. The cleaning and linen charge is 65 Euro. We supply keys on a recorded delivery basis to UK customers (no fee). Overseas customers will need us to arrange a meet and greet which is charged at 20 euros for an arranged key delivery and retrieval service. In addition, the changeover people will show the guest around the property, supply directions to the area, explain how our white goods operate and do a full damage inspection on your departure.
