Lovely apartment

Really nice apartment, very comfortable beds. Good kitchen. Views from the balcony are the best part. Would definitely book it again.

Lovely view and good location

Apartment looked bigger in a pictures than what it was. View from the balcony is lovely, but has only morning sun at least in a winter months. Balcony is quite small, fits two to eat. We thought that to improve apartment owner could add something to hang coats in a hallway, provide more than two rolls of toilet paper and some handsoap in a bathroom. Also toaster to have toast would be nice and some extra binbags. Some remotes for the sealing fans needs new batteries and in a one of the bedroom fan was making weird noise. Helpful host and over all good place to stay for a short break. Internet was working very well.

Top Lage - super Ausstattung

Check-in war sehr einfach durch die gute Kommunikation über Whatsapp. Schnelle Reaktion auf Fragen und sehr hilfsbereit. Zu Fuss ist man schnell am Strand und trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig in der Nacht. Große Küche mit allem, was man braucht und noch mehr. Kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bar, Italiener, Eisdiele, Metzger, Apotheke direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Wenn man was finden möchte, dann könnte das Bad mal renoviert werden. Alles funktioniert gut, aber Badewanne/Dusche ist schon ziemlich veraltet.

Een prachtig uitzicht en veel dat ontbrak

In de communicatie ging er aanvankelijk van alles mis. In het begin beschreef men een lift, toen stond er dat er geen was en uiteindelijk bleek er wel een lift te zijn. Ook de betalingen waren lastig. Het appartement stond nog vol met Kerstspullen. In de kasten ook met afgedankte apparatuur en er stond nog een groot afgedankt verwarmingstoestel. Ik moest om veel vragen. Het bad was spekglad. De douchekop had vervangen moeten worden. Je kon hem ook niet stevig vastzetten. Er ontbrak een afwas teiltje. In de keuken was er geen stop in de wasbak. Dus ook daarin kom je niet afwassen. De water koker was kapot. Er ontbrak een noodzakelijke tweede sleutel. Op de bedden lagen dunne zomerdekbedjes. Het was januari en koud in de slaapkamers. Een ding was absoluuut magnifiek. Het uitzicht was geweldig!! De tussenpersoon was vriendelijk, deed zijn best maar de bovenstaande tekortkomingen hadden tevoren geregeld moeten worden!! We moesten om alles vragen en het kostte veel moeite, tijd en irritatie.

Gracias por su comentario y comprensión. Si decirle que recibimos con nórdicos en la camas a los clientes y que sude pidió, algo mas y se le llevo enseguida. La calefacción es de aire en el salón que calienta también en la casa. Es verdad que esta semana no fue lo habitual en alicante pero supimos ayudarle a resolver siento los inconvenientes , gracias por su comprensión.

Tolles Apartment für kleine Familien

Das Apartment ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist zwar klein, man hat aber einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Direkt in der Nähe sind kleinere Bars und Supermärkte. Auch die große Mall ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand ist über eine Brücke ohne größere Straßenüberquerung in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Zudem liegt vor dem Haus ein kleiner Spielplatz. Auch die Stadt und die Burg sind zu Fuß ohne Probleme zu erreichen.

Good position, clean and tidy, if slightly bijou!

Apartment was an excellent base to reach all parts of Alicante, most of which we covered on foot. The tram station is close by too, for going further afield. Bedrooms were a little small and while the balcony could just about accommodate two people and offered a lovely view (particularly for a sunny breakfast) and good opportunities for people-watching, it is too small for more occupants to enjoy simultaneously. All the equipment provided was fairly new and working, and the apartment was clean and welcoming. More glasses for wine/cava would have been lovely but this is a small oversight ☺ There was a bit of confusion with the agent about paying the refundable deposit, as their card payment machine was not working (or perhaps not operated correctly!), but all the other arrangements worked perfectly. Thank you to Juan for all of that, as well as for arranging for some refreshments to be in place for our arrival. There was also some flexibility for our checkout time as the apartment had not been booked for the following night. However, I would not book via HomeAway again. It cost an extra €30 or so for the privilege, for no visible benefit to us and for only a three night stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our little break here and would recommend this apartment for a couple wishing to enjoy the ambience of Alicante.
