A Casa di Attila is a cozy and well-located apartment, situated just 500 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Desenzano del Garda. Located on the first floor of an elegant residence, the apartment is characterized by an impressive entrance with beige marble floors, creating a warm and refined atmosphere, ideal for welcoming guests. The apartment offers a large terrace, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, perfect for enjoying the surrounding landscape, relaxing in the sun, or having breakfast outdoors.

Inside, the classic and functional furnishings are designed to provide maximum comfort. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchenware, allowing guests to easily prepare their meals. The bright and spacious living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. Thanks to the French doors, the living room opens onto the terrace, flooding the space with natural light.

To the right of the entrance, a practical storage room offers useful accessories such as a drying rack, iron, and ironing board, ensuring the apartment remains tidy and functional. The bathroom, with warm and relaxing tones, is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and a large sink with a mirror, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The room also features a spacious walk-in closet and a dedicated makeup area. The French doors in the bedroom lead directly to the terrace, allowing for natural light throughout the day.

Additionally, the residence offers two beautiful swimming pools, perfect for cooling off on hot days. The sunbeds reserved for guests are ideal for relaxation. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an outdoor parking space, making the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

Thanks to the Concierge service, available in all properties managed by DesenzanoLoft, guests can rely on personalized assistance from the moment of arrival. A week before the stay, a dedicated concierge will be available to answer any questions about the apartment and local attractions. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with an additional 50 E charge for arrivals after 7:00 PM and up to 11:30 PM. The apartment is subject to a 150 E security deposit, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 working days, in the absence of damages.
