The Old Cook's House is part of a fine example of an Edwardian home. The accommodation was once the servants quarters offering a double and a twin room with a sofa bed in the large kitchen,dining,living area.
Equipped with children's toys, baby bath, high chair, travel cot and bedding.
It's a 5 min walk to the Devils Punchbowl offering beautiful views and endless walks.
Easy access to the A3 by car to London and Portsmouth. Haslemere Station also close by with trains to London in 50mins.

Wonderful Long Weekend Break

We liked everything about this property, the charming setting, the views, the woodland vibe of the outdoor facilities including bbq and camp fire, the accomodation (with a bit of a quirky lay-out but very comfortable for just the two of us), the friendly dogs and not least the amazingly helpful owners who couldn’t do enough for us. They even got out an extension lead so we could recharge our electric car! A great place!

Jacky Field is an excellent and warmly welcoming host, and the property, which is a section of the Field=s’ house, contains a spacious kitchen-living room and two small bedrooms with limited storage space. The outside is a large open area with conifers, and the whole district is heavily wooded. The property is on two levels, and the stairs very steep, not recommended for the elderly unless very fit. We were told that it is really a B&B, and plenty of good food was provided for for breakfast. The sitting area is a bit limited. The kitchen is very well equipped. In general, the apartment is very attractive.
