Our contemporary stable conversion has 1 large bedroom with a King size bed. There is a further bedroom with a large double and single bed. A further double size bed is on the ground floor meaning this property can easily accommodate 7 guests. Our Bedfolk bedding is ridiculously comfortable, ethically made and free from harmful chemicals. Think barefoot luxury! There is a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin on the ground floor and the utility room has a separate loo with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The modern, light and airy open plan kitchen, living/dining area has been thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable Sofa & Stuff Sofa, beautiful blinds and ethically sourced up-cycled furniture. Barn Cottage is fully self -sufficient with a kitchen that has an electric hob/oven/microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and all the various cooking utensils you need. There is also good Wifi and a Smart TV. All products in the property have been selected with ethical and sustainable values at the core, and where possible support local, artisan businesses. Natural materials which mimic nature are a key component in the property. The property retains many of it’s original quirky features, and enjoys its own private garden, perfect for your four legged friend to burn off some steam whilst you enjoy the spectacular views of the South Downs. There are also dog bowls and treats provided. The property is fully equipped with highchair, travel cot, changing mat, potty and children's plates, mugs and cutlery, plus a selection of games, meaning you can travel lighter. We are fortunate to be near some great pubs, The White Horse, Graffham, The Cricketers, Duncton and The Badgers are all a short distance. During the summer month's you can order a delicious meal from Woodfire Camping (We will send you the current menu in the week leading up to your stay.)
