Rural building recently renovated with eco-sustainable criteria, located within an organic farm, on the hills 20 km from Parma, 1km from the town of Lesignano de'Bagni. At guests' disposal an apartment of about 80 meters consisting of lounge with fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom.
Patio equipped for outdoor dining with barbecue, sun beds in the garden. Possibility of bicycle excursions, visit to dairies and ham factories. Nearby are the Castelli del Ducato, the city of Parma, golf courses, the Masone labyrinth, the Magnani Rocca Foundation.

Dat de foto's niet kloppen met werkelijkheid. Wij verbleven boven en de foto' s zijn van beneden waar "oma" verbleef en "zoon" in een eigen appartement. Er waren maar 3 glazen, de bank was oud en redelijk doorgezakt. We hadden een ruim terras waar alleen in de ochtend zon was. Het was het net niet. De mensen waren vreselijk aardig en behulpzaam.

Faremo tesoro delle osservazioni della signora, in particolare aggiungeremo ai diversi calici e boccali presenti in dispensa altri bicchieri per acqua e sostituiremo uno dei due divani della zona living, quello più morbido cui forse si riferisce la signora . L'appartamento è al primo piano dell'edificio, vi si accede da una scala esterna e da una grande terrazza pranzabile ma gli ospiti possono usufruire degli spazi esterni, gjardino, porticati e parcheggio per auto e biciclette. Aggiungeremo foto e video degli esterni e dell'appartamento in modo che gli interessati possano avere una visione dettagliata e completa della casa.

Appartement très bien situé. Accueil remarquable.

Très bon accueil. Environnement remarquable, logement très agréable. Je le recommande. Dommage qu'il faille amener linge de lit, linge de toilette donc volumineux dans les bagages. Peu visible dans l'annonce.

Amazing and comfortable apartment

Stayed at the apartment for 2.5 weeks. The hospitality from Ettore and his family was amazing - always happy to help, stop for a chat (very good English). We were offered to help ourselves to any fruit from the garden. The apartment was spotless, had two bathrooms and was really comfortable Thank you

Top Wohnung in absolut ruhiger Umgebung

Eine wunderschöne modern eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr ruhiger ländlicher Gegend. Von der großen Terasse aus blickt man auf viele Hügel und Felder. Super nette Vermieter.
