This bright beach house has all the facilities you could desire including private parking, large communal pool, brand new modern furnishings & appliances, entertainment systems, bbq, large terrace & gardens. AND THE VIEWS!!

Situated in a prime position with panoramic views on a small private beach front urbanisation within a 5-minute walk to the town centre and Estepona bus station, providing regular services to Malaga & Gibraltar International airports.

In the immediate vicinity you will also find a car rental garage, a large Carrefour Supermarket, numerous shops, a dry cleaner, hairdresser, banks, cafes, beach clubs and restaurants. The urbanisation is located on the newly completed Senda Litoral, the beachfront walkways and cycle routes which head East back to Laguna Village beach resort & Marbella and West past Estepona Marina towards Gibraltar.

The living accommodation of this charming beach house is allocated over two floors. The lower level and main entrance hall leads to the bright master bedroom consisting of a large double bed, adequate triple wardrobe and two large drawer units, climate control via hot & cold air conditioning. The bathroom provides a walk-in shower, sink & toilet.

The upper level consists of Open Plan Kitchen with all new Smeg & Bosch appliances, relaxation / dining area & lounge with high ceilings & stunning direct sea views, 4K TV and large comfortable day bed / double pull out bed.
The upper floor opens directly onto the terrace and private garden with unspoilt views of the mediterranean, morocco and Gibraltar. Providing seating for up to 6 People and additional dining facilities whilst enjoying the stunning sea views.

The private garden offers sun beds and a separate shaded bbq & dining area, providing access directly onto the lush palm filled community gardens and the private access gate to the beach just 20 meters away! The large child friendly community pool is rarely busy and provides additional sunbathing and shaded areas. Alternatively exit through the private access gate directly onto the beach!

The community provides secure gated private parking with a dedicated parking space, security cameras and complete privacy. In addition, the villa has its own security alarm, sensor flood lights and security safe for personal belongings.

Entertainment systems include dvd player & various dvds, Digital streaming services, blue tooth speaker systems & Google Home, 4K TV and surround bar along with a choice of books.

A charming secluded beach house within easy walk of all amenities, you literally do not need a car if not required and the public transport to Malaga International Airport is exceptional with regular direct services each hour.

A small paradise

Fantastic location, direct access to the sea. The beautiful Senda Litoral passes by. Chilling walk to Estepona which is very nice. Almost no cars, plenty of good restaurants and Chirringuitos. We would recommend to rent bicycles so that you can explore the whole area around Estepona and Marbella.

A perfect getaway

Myself and my wife had a wonderful time here. The villa is amazing, everything you might need is on your doorstep. We loved being able to relax in the villa at night and listen to the waves on the beach as they were that close. We will be booking again.

Great week in Estepona

My wife and I had a great stay in Estepona and our stay at the New Golden Mile was perfect. The location is great. Very close to the grocery store and a easy walk into town for food and shopping. David was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions. If you don't want to walk into town the bikes were great to make the trip quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!!

Brilliant Beach House

This is a superb property and I would strongly recommend that you stay here. Based on our experience, I believe that you will have a fantastic holiday should you decide to do so. My wife, 3yo daughter and I stayed in late July - Great location which is within walking distance of central Estepona (15/20 mins) and yet far away enough to feel very peaceful and relaxed. - Property is furnished to a very high spec with lots of high end tech available to use and cooking appliances. The terrace is just the most gorgeous spot for a few sun downer drinks and a BBQ night. We miss the view! It was such a home away from home that we stayed in most nights. - Complex is very safe and very quiet. As such, the communal pool felt like our own private pool a lot of the time. - Owners are very attentive and are on hand to deal with any questions. They really want you to have a fantastic stay! The arrival and departure process was seamless due to their communication. Thank you David & Steph. Hopefully we will be back in the future!

Had a great time staying in the apartment. The host provided a warm and friendly welcome at check in. The apartment is very nice and modern with all facilities needed. There is also a beautiful terrace with wonderful sea views and on the mountains in the hinterland. The complex and pool is great and the walk to Estepona is very nice and easy providing wonderful views again. Simply have had a great time 👍

Lovely view and great hosts

This is a beautiful villa complex with gardens straight onto the sea/beach. The beach is tidal and a small strip but at high tide you can still wade through the waters for a few metres to sit on a small sandy beach nearby. This is an up-market complex and the villas are well spaced with beautiful grounds and a perfect sea view. The main resort of Estepona is a 15 minute walk along a scenic coastal path. The supermarket is 10 mins away. If you are young and the weather is good you will be fine without a car. There is an excellent and well-priced airport bus from Malaga. If you are older or less able to stand the heat or walk long distances then a ca4r may be a good idea - we hired one for 3 days. You have an allocated parking space at the complex. The villa owners are perfect - couldn't be more helpful with communication before and during the holiday. Thoroughly recommended, we had a lovely time.

Lovely property in a great location

Very clean and tidy villa with stunning uninterrupted views to the sea and Gibraltar. The villa is located in a small gated complex with lovely green manicured and landscaped gardens, only a one minute walk to the spacious pool. Alternatively a few places from the property you have access to the local beach. Villa has all mod cons as advertised and the host's were attentive and responded very quickly to a small query I had whilst staying. Resolved straight away. A 15 minute walk along the boardwalk talks you into estepona. A local beach club on the way, is a very nice spot for dinner by the way!. All in all, good host's, great location and lovely property. Wunderbar und herrlich, aber leider......

Wir haben traumhaft schöne Tage in diesem Häuschen und der einladenden Gegend verbracht und waren dort mit der Lage, der Ausstattung, der zuvorkommend Gastgeber und der Sauberkeit extrem zufrieden! Wir waren Anfang April bei durchschnittlich 15 bis 20grad Tageshöchsttemperatur nach einer langen Regenperiode hier, und das Haus war leider strukturell etwas feucht. Vermutlich ist dieses unangenehme Phänomen im Sommer nicht der Fall, aber wir hatten in den kühlen Nächten öfters Wasser an der Innenseite der schlafzimmerfenster. Tägliches lüften hat es über unsere Aufenthaltsdauer von 10Tagenbesser werden lassen. Trotzalledem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einem (fast) Traumhaus! Birgit&Horst

Stunning sea views.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 3 weeks in September. From the time of booking to the arrival at the property the communication from David was excellent. The complex the villa was on was well maintained, the pool was excellent and plenty of space to sit in the sun or shade. The villa is well equipped and the owner had thought of everything. Beautiful balcony with seating looking out to the sea, stunning sunsets, steps down to the small beach. Well located for Carrefour, and the old town of Estepona. Lovely walks at the bottom of the garden along the boardwalks. Could not ask for anything more for a perfect holiday. We’ll definitely return to this villa.

The kindest and most helpful hosts I've ever had the privilege to liaise with!

We were unable to visit the property due to the Covid 19 restrictions but I have to give the highest review possible due to the fantastic communication with the hosts. David went above and beyond to provide up to date information, he responded incredibly quickly to all queries and he went out of his way to be accommodating. Why they chose this property

A truly exceptional location! You could not want for more. Located at the entrance to the town this secluded urbanisation is walking distance to EVERYTHING! Direct access to the beach within 40 steps from the garden and joined to the Senda Litoral the new beach front walkway that connects all major towns on the Costa del Sol. You do not need a car, unless you want to venture away from the town! All amenities including supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants, beach clubs and the marina are within walking distance. There are direct connections from Malaga and Gibraltar airports by coach which is very reasonably priced. This stunning beach house is in a lovely tranquil urbanisation directly on the beach.
