The garden of the valleys. You can find a forest on the two sides.
On this domain of 16000 m2 you will find a tennis / football field, swimming pool, two forests and the silence and tranquility that you dream of. The property is built in the traditional Portuguese style but with modern touches. There is room for 10 people. The property is located in Fanadia, 10 minutes from Caldas Da Rainha and the cultural town of Obidos, 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches in the Foz do Arelho lagoon, 30 minutes from the bay in Sao Martinho Do Porto and from 4 golf courses on the silver coast. The house is located 90 km north of Lisbon and is an ideal base for making various trips in beautiful Portugal. It is 3 km from the exit of the A15 motorway. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. Outside the house there are 2 modern units that are used as bedrooms. They have a magnificent view over the valley. At the swimming pool there is a closed outdoor bathroom and 10 m further there is a pleasant caravan where two people can sleep comfortably. From June to September the pool water gets sufficiently warm (28 degrees) due to the cover that is on it at night. If you still want the heat pump to be used, it costs 50 eur per week.

Compact met comfort

Fijne, relatief kleine woning. Wel genoeg slaapmogelijkheden. Woning ligt heerlijk afgelegen met toch voldoende supermarkten in de buurt en ook het strand dichtbij. Woning, zwembad, ping/pong en tennisbaan heeft alles wat het zou moeten hebben. Voldoende zitjes om steeds ergens anders te kunnen zitten en te genieten. Goede plek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Casa bem equipada com acessórios de cozinha, excelente churrasqueira e uma boa piscina (água a boa temperatura devido à lona de proteção). Super isolada e no meio da natureza. Mesa de ping pong fez as delícias da família. Permite umas verdadeiras férias de descanso e relaxamento! O único ponto menos favorável foi a limpeza aquando da nossa chegada. Uma casa lindíssima, merecia mais zelo e mais higiene. No entanto, nada que estragasse as férias. Comunicação muito boa com o anfitrião.

Super séjour

La maison est très bien équipée, propre et calme. Les équipements sont complets. La localisation est optimale pour visiter, 1/2 heure de tout (Buddha even, Peniche, Nazaré, Caldas da Rainh, Obidos...) La piscine permet des moments de détente agréables après les visites. Et le restaurant du village est très bien (5min. A pied) : repas sur place ou à emporter. Nous avons passé de très bons moments. Merci
