About this property
Adorable studio surrounded by greenery, ideal for couples
The guest-house is located in the green of the Tyrrhenian-Calabrian Apennines, immersed in a property of 120 hectares of olive groves and chestnut woods. The apartment, completely renovated, is a 50sqm studio with kitchenette and bathroom, part of a large farmhouse, with large courtyard-olive grove with wooden patio with barbecue. The courtyard overlooks a chestnut forest and is flanked by the tennis court. The farmhouse enjoys a beautiful panorama over the Sila valley.
The beds are from 1 to 2. Guests have full access to the entire property and its attractions. With the nearest beach half an hour away by car, you can choose to spend the day at the beach, or in the coolness of the green hills.

Tra Sila e mare
Posizione ottima per chi vuol stare in zona collinare ai piedi della Sila e non lontano dal mare. Vista valle notevole. Vacanza rilassante, con possibilità di poter visitare paesi e borghi vicini e passare giornate al mare che dista poco più di una ventina di miniti d' auto. Pierpaolo, il proprietario, molto gentile disponibile e discreto. Consigliato per chi cerca non solo mare ma anche il fascino della Sila.
