Room for rent with right use shared kitchen as well as the bathroom.
Wifi heating and material for kitchen use. It is located in the center of the city. 50 m from the beach and another 1 km. the room overlooks an inner courtyard with no noise. The apartment has been completely renovated two years ago, the area is full of supermarkets, restaurants, hardware stores, pharmacies and bars. parking in the area is paid but we have private parking to rent per day

Apartamento céntrico y en muy buen estado

Estuvimos pasando el fin de semana en Castro y el apartamento estaba mejor ubicado imposible en el centro cerca de todo. Además el estado general del apartamento era perfecto. También usamos el aparcamiento para tres coches, perfecto de precio y cómodo.

Nada recomendable, el casero ENTRO en la casa una vez que nos entrego las llaves sin preguntar

El casero fue muy poco empático. Tuvimos 5 bajas por el Covid y no nos ofreció ninguna solución, hasta ahí todo entendible al fin y al cabo el problema surgió unos días antes de la entrada a la casa. La sorpresa fue que al llegar a la casa había dos cámaras conectadas que no se informó...la casa estaba desordenada, el fregadero de la cocina sucio con restos de comida y la basura con colillas. Lo más sorprendente es que dejamos las maletas y fuimos a aparcar el coche, al llegar observé que habían ENTRADO en la casa sin nuestro permiso (habían cambiado un ordenador de sitio). Le llamé en 2-3 veces para que pedir explicaciones y no tuve respuesta. En fin, nada recomendable todo fue desconfianza

Alquilamos íntegro el apartamento y está muy bien situado pero el dueño deja mucho que desear: problemas para darnos las llaves, pésima comunicación, colada sucia, basura sin sacar, tendedero ocupado por ropa del usuario, vajilla sucia y la nevera con comida perecedera. Lo peor de todo es que había cámaras en varios puntos de la casa sin previo aviso y sin estar señalizadas. Desenchufamos todos los dispositivos y encima recibimos amenazas del dueño diciendo que nos va a cobrar la fianza si hubiera alguno dañado.
