Luxury 1850's detached spacious Farm Cottage situated in the owners grounds down a quiet country lane in a quaint Lancashire village. An ideal base for families, groups or couples wishing to explore the North West or just enjoying the country side. Equidistant and a short drive (15-20 mins) to the sea side town of Blackpool and the historic city of Lancaster. Less than a 10 minute drive to Poulton-Le-Fylde. Pet friendly (£10 per dog per stay) with ample parking. Local pub 1/2 mile away.

Birthday Celebration

Lovely long weekend staying to celebrate a family members 60th birthday. Lovely cottage and surrounding areas, easy commutable distance to activities. All amenities thought off and lovely touch with some Halloween decorations which were enjoyed by all. Communication was amazing and the managers helped with making sure our surprise worked. Very spacious property and everything we thought out for everyone staying. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Really lovely place.

Spacious, clean and well specked. Enjoyable stay and would recommend. Only stayed a couple of nights so didn’t have time to explore but from what we did see, Poulton looks lovely.

Lovely family get together

Spend long weekend catching up with son and grandchildren. Absolutely lovely house and gardens. Could not fault and would return in a heart beat. Excellent standard and everything in house you need.

Hi, we originally lived and raised out two children in the cottage. We have now renovated the barn next to the cottage and live there.

Why they chose this property

We have lived here now for 25 years and love the peaceful countryside location but love to be able to pop into the local rural village of Poulton-Le-Fylde and visit all the bars and restaurants it has to offer.
