Pet friendly. Clean and tidy. No outlook other than many many blocks of apartments and in the middle of a busy hilly city. We had to leave early for a long awaited hospital appointment.

Very clean, comfortable, modest apartment with an excellent location. It is less than 3 blocks form the wonderful Oviedo Old Town City Center and from a fantastic park (Campo San Francisco) located in the heart of Oviedo. It is one block from a very nice supermarket, and is surrounded by good restaurants. Yolanda, the owner/manager, has very good English language skills and is very responsive to any questions you might have prior to arriving and to any requests you may have while renting one of her properties. In our case, she went well beyond the call of duty by picking us up at the Oviedo Bus Station when we ran into some problems. It was a nice gesture that started on our stay in Oviedo on a positive note. We would definitely stay at one of Yolanda's properties it we ever visited Oviedo again (something we would very much like to do.) --Mike P. (Grants Pass, Oregon)

Una estancia agradable

El apartamento está muy céntrico, en menos que cinco minutos uno está en el casco viejo de Oviedo y en 20 minutos en la estación de trenes o en 30 en la estación de autobuses. De allí se llega a la costa, a las ciudades Avilés y Gijón o incluso a León o Madrid. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, todo lo que uno necesita para cocinar y disfrutar de unas vacaciones maravillosas. El mobiliario es moderno, cómodo y acogedor a la vez. Con la entrega de los llaves la dueña fue muy flexible y no había ningún problema.

Very close to supermarkets and to Old Town. We booked in August and there were a number of hot and sticky evenings. A small electric fan in the bedroom would have helped. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect.

Apartamento con todas las comodidades cerca del centro de Oviedo.

Nos alojamos en este apartamento del 1 al 9 de Agosto de 2018. La verdad es que es super completo, con un montón de detalles que son de agradecer. Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro histórico, a penas 10 minutos caminando a la plaza del Fontán o al parque de San Francisco, ideal si viajas con niños como en nuestro caso. Totalmente recomendable!
