Sunny apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in Punta del Moral with pool and parking space included in the price. Enjoy our sea and open view apartment, fully equipped. Furnished terrace. Elevator, hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linen, dishwasher, plasma TV, full kitchenware, oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, everything you need to feel at home.

This residential complex is located in the center of Punta del Moral, 150 meters from the beach with a 7 km long boardwalk which connects Isla Canela and Punta del Moral beaches, ideal to go on a promenade, jog or cycle with the family.

We are located 3 km from Isla Canela Golf Course, 4 km from Ayamonte, 60 km from Faro, 60 km from Huelva and 170 km from Seville.

To arrive from our offices in Punta del Moral to the apartment, you must exit again through the port barrier entrance and continue on Avenida de la Mojarra toward the Hotel Meliá. You will arrive at another roundabout, take the third exit and then turn the first street to the left. Continue on that main road until you reach the end, and on the right you will have the residential complex La Marina 4.
 
Your parking space is available at the underground.
