This semi-detached, modern, two-bedroomed single storey chalet with stylish rug on oak flooring, has a wrap-around enclosed decked balcony with outdoor furniture. It is located on a peaceful private park and there are large communal grasslands at the front of the chalet, which provide plenty of space for family fun and games.

Wroxham, 13 miles, known as capital of the Norfolk Broads, has riverside restaurants, cafés and shops. The award-winning Wroxham Barns visitor attraction is a great family day out, and from near there you can take the steam train to Aylsham on the Bure Valley Heritage Railway. Other National Trust properties including Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are nearby. Visitors to the area can enjoy the chance to spot hundreds of grey seals and pups along the shore at Horsey beach between December and February. The city of Norwich, 21 miles, offers two excellent indoor shopping malls, market square, theatre, cinema complexes, castle museum, cathedral, cafés, restaurants and pubs. Beach 150 yards. Shop, restaurant and pub ¾ mile.
