The apartment is located in the center of Amalfi inside the ancient Convent of San Basilio.
It is made up of rooms, completely renovated, with fresh and practical furnishings: living/dining room with equipped kitchenette (oven, fridge) and dining table, single sofa bed and small terrace overlooking the Valle delle Ferriere in Amalfi (Natural Reserve ), TV, air conditioning; 1 double bedroom with air conditioning; bedroom bathroom (washbasin/bidet/wc) with shower and small window overlooking Amalfi.
Maximum number of people: 2 (double bed).

To better welcome you, I'd like some information from you:
1. What time do you plan to arrive?
2. Are you coming by car?
I'd appreciate it if you let me know what time you'll be arriving and if you need a parking space.
In that case, you'll need paid parking, which must be reserved; you can inquire about this (price on request).
Please note that check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
If you plan to arrive later, please let me know.
After that time and until midnight, a 40.00 late fee will be charged.
Check-in is not possible after midnight. (For any exceptions made by telephone or email with the property, a 50.00 surcharge applies.)
Please note that check-out is before 10:00 AM to allow for cleaning of the apartment for incoming guests.
Please adhere to these times and communicate your departure time to facilitate check-out.
Please use the apartment and its furnishings with the diligence of a good father, respecting property and others.
Please also respect the condominium rules:
1. Do not make noise on the stairs or in the hallway.
2. Close the hallway door gently and do not lock it.
Waste must be collected in bags, after separating it (organic, glass, paper, plastic, aluminum, and mixed) and disposed of (without allowing it to drip down the stairs or in the elevator), according to the rules that will be explained upon your arrival.
Finally, please:
1. Leave the apartment tidy if possible.
2. Clean used dishes.
3. If used dishes are dirty, there will be a 50 fine.
4. Turn off the heating.
5. Leave the apartment keys on the table.
6. Lock the apartment. the entrance doors
7. Report any inconveniences
8. Comply with European energy consumption regulations (air conditioning, heating, and lighting that must be turned off when not in use).
In this regard, I would like to point out that, due to known energy issues, there may be inspections and fines from the relevant authorities.
