This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is on the first hole that overlooks the Gordon Lewis designed, 18-hole golf course. Our condo has an amazing view of the sunset and lake. This condo also includes a Golf membership for two adults.

Bonita National Golf and Country Club is an amenity-rich, gated, private golfing community. Full membership privileges are included, which allows two adults full access to the golf course, eight floodlit tennis courts, restaurants, gym and spa.

This newly furnished luxury condo is a designed like a model home. You will want to come back again and again.

There are satellite pools that are equipped with grills and, table and chairs for your outside pleasure .

In addition to membership amenities, the rental includes access to the community's fully-equipped gym and exercise classes, pool-side restaurant resort style pool, whirlpool and spa and, area pools. There is also a beauty salon on the premise. These 5-star luxury amenities are just a short walk away from your unit. In addition, in season there is a shuttle bus to Barefoot beach, a beautiful gulf coast beach where shelling and water play awaits you.

Due to high seasonal demand for Bonita National, rentals between Oct-May must start on the1st of the month and complete at the end of any other month. Multi-month seasonal rentals from Jan-Mar have a 60 day cancellation policy. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check in will get back 100% of the amount they paid. A Stay That Exceeded All Expectations!!!

Adrienne and Hy's beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked condo was perfect for our three months at Bonita National. Everything was arranged easily and very friendly, but we had little contact as we had no issues arise!! The facility itself was ideal. including the golf, tennis programs, aerobics studio and the fitness area. All services were available and user friendly considering the pandemic. The Storch's condo and Bonita National as a whole are total winners and we will return in the future!!

Our Bonita National Experience

Our stay at the Storche’s beautiful condo was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until we ended our stay, we felt as though this condo was an extension of our home. Everything we needed was provided. The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We hope to return another winter season. Our only disappointment was the inability to secure tee times for golfing.

A Wonderful Spot

The property is well-appointed, clean, quiet and cozy. The lanai/balcony is wonderful and perfectly situated to capture the sunset after a fun day of golf, beach and all else that SW Florida has to offer. The owner is attentive and accessible. The unit has been thoughtfully and comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need.

I can not say enough good about the entire experience. Adrienne and Hy were wonderful to work with. Their condo has everything you could want. Clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The golf was very good. as was the pool. We felt like we ere at a high end resort..

This is a resort community which is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The community offers golf, tennis, a 24-hour gym and tiki bar, with a happy hour & food menu, which is very reasonable. You will feel like you are on vacation in the Carribbean it's that nice..

What makes this property unique

The sunsets are unbelievable. You won't want to leave for dinner before it sets. The tiki bar has delicious food and a great happy hour that you can enjoy while swimming in a heated swimming pool.
