This is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus den end unit 2nd floor condo at Bonita National Golf and Country club. Includes full golf privileges to the private golf course(Greens fee is extra to play). The condo has a beautiful view from the deck overlooking the number 7 fairway. The country club has full amenities including a Golf, resort style pool, Tennis, Gym, spa, walking and biking, and other amenities. Granite counters and flat screen TVs throughout. Everything you need to spend a warm winter or nice summer in Florida. It is a 20 minute drive to beautiful beaches. There is a 30 day minimum stay requirement. You will have full membership privileges at the country club including golf. Membership transfer paperwork requires 15 days to process. Call if questions 412-952-8591

Great rental

We just left our rental in Bonita Springs and we were delighted with our stay. Our landlord was easy to contact and communicate. The rental was very clean, extremely well equipped with everything you need and didn't know you needed. Additionally, the rental was uncluttered! We rent three times a year and this time was overwhelming great surprise. Our host, Ed, should give tips to other owners on how to ensure a great stay.

We stayed for the month of February. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Actually, pictures do not do it justice! Only complaint was difficulty getting chairs at the pool due high useage! Host was most accommodating.

Property was very spacious with more than enough room for two adults. Property was very clean and it was comfortably furnished. Liked being on the second floor, too.
