The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third room on the ground floor has a double bed. This villa has a separate kitchen, two full bathrooms (upstairs & downstairs), and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Two patio areas are available, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor .
Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a patio area with spectacular sea views making this the ideal location for relaxing or dining in comfortable patio furniture.
The communal pool is open May 1 until October 31. The pool area is perfect for those who love to lounge the day away by the pool. From the villa, you can easily bring your favorite snacks and drinks to enjoy the sun with your friends and family, or buy your drinks at the pool side Ramada.. In addition to the primary pool, there is a small children's pool and play area.
Private Seaside Facilities Should you choose not to spend the day at the beach in Gundogan, the villa complex has a private sea access directly down the hill from the villa. Under normal conditions, going there takes approximately 5-10 minutes by walking, or 2-3 minutes by driving. If you have kids, aging parents, or health problems, we recommend driving to the seaside because coming back will require walking on steps and slight hills.
