This apartment is inserted in a very modern and comfortable Villa. It has been designed with taste and with a special care towards the needs of our guests. The seaside is distant only 190 metres and the centre of Sutivan is just 400 metres far away. If you feel you want to totally relax without thinking about anything our sunny terrace with swimming pool is the perfect place to be! We also suggest you to move down towards the bright Adriatic sea (that you will reach in less than 5 minutes walking) and to explore the nice shore that brings you, on one side towards the village of Mirca trough a marvellous pinewood, and on the other side towards the village of Sutivan! In one direction you will find a preserved and peaceful nature while on the other direction you will find a tiny and unique fisherman village with all the services you need to have an unforgettable vacation!

Apartment Sutivan

Die komplette Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Umgebung rund um Sutivan lohnenswert anzuschauen. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur oder dem Vermieter klappt komplett stressfrei und einfach. Einziger Minuspunkt: Es ist eher für Familien gedacht, nicht für jüngere Leute. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Männern Mitte 20. Wenn man Abends noch am Pool oder auf dem Balkon saß und noch etwas getrunken hat, wurde sich sehr schnell über Lärmbelästigung beschwert. Sowohl von Nachbarn oder auch vom Vermieter der ebenfalls nur ein Haus nebenan wohnt. Und wir haben nicht übertrieben mit der Lautstärke... Deswegen gibt es in der Gesamtbewertung nur 4/5 Sterne. Ansonsten aber auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!!! Grüße aus Zwickau

Clean, modern and spacious apartment with great pool

This is a great apartment for a family holiday in Sutivan. Lovely balcony and view, great pool and short walk to the beach and centre. The laundry room is a great bonus - especially for families and or longer stays. Sutivan itself is a wonderful base. We enjoyed great meals out at Bokucin and a boat trip from the company in the harbour to Omis. Easy access to other islands via Split or Hvar from Milna. A few additions to the apartment would make this a 5 Star stay.
