We enjoyed the proximity to old Aberdeen and downtown Aberdeen. The apartment was a wonderful spot to quarantine for 2 weeks. Local grocery stores delivered to our kitchen window. We were able to enjoy the morning sun and afternoon sun.
Once quarantine was over we were able to walk to the North Sea and so many other activities. We did not need a car the entire trip.
Is this a joke? We made and paid for this stay, but only couldn't reach the host until the time of check-in, who advised they hadn't listed since COVID. We were left thousands of miles from home with no lodging to make other last minute arrangements. This was after our first host cancelled a couple of days before leaving us to scramble. With limited internet access we then booked another place through hotels.com that turned out to be an unsafe dump where I would never stay and from which I'm still trying to get a refund. Have spent a lot of money with you on this trip are you getting my frustration?
