This charming three bedroom villa with well-kept mature garden is located in the one of the most beautiful areas of Protaras less than 400 metres from the beach in Ayia Triada.
It features a large and airy living area with kitchen, sitting and dining areas.
Upstairs is family bathroom with three good size bedrooms of which master has its own en-suite shower room.
The living area opens to the patio and garden perfect for al-fresco dining, sun bathing or just relaxing in Jacuzzi.
There are a several shops, bars and restaurants close to the villa.

Delightful villa!

Delightful villa with spacious courtyard, jacuzzi and lovely, well looked after garden. It had everything that we needed inside as a family of four on holiday. Owners/Villas2let were immediately responsive to any queries we had - really heightened our esteem of them. In a peaceful location on cul-de-sac. Literally minutes walk to tree shaded bus stop with regular services to Paralimni, Protaras strip, Ayia Napa. Ayia Triada beach, local mini supermarkets and a magnificent bakery within reasonable walking distance. Enjoyed our holiday there and would definitely rebook this villa.
